MOU Signed Between KICS and Lahore High Court Bar Association to Provide a Legal Expert System
An MOU ceremony was conducted at the director’s office in Al-Khawarazmi Institute of Computer Science (KICS), UET Lahore on 8th August 2018 where an agreement was signed between Lahore High Court Bar Association and KICS UET Lahore for technology up-gradation to help the lawyers use innovative technologies.
Al-Khawarazmi Institute of Computer Science proposed a project ‘Suggest the Lawyers’ to LHC Bar Association that showed its keen interest in the same. Therefore, in order to pursue and implement it, the agreement between the two entities was signed.
The rapid expansion of the legal documents in today’s world in Pakistan now certainly needs a legal expert system that can help out the lawyers and law firms. Thus the legal expert system to be provided to Lahore High Court Bar Association by KICS UET Lahore will be immensely beneficial and useful for the facilitation of the lawyers and their law firms.
