UET Lahore Hosts Civil Services Academy Probationary Officers for Two-Day Attachment Program
The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore hosted a two-day attachment program for the probationary officers of the 53rd Common Training Program (CTP) from the Civil Services Academy (CSA), Government of Pakistan. The program, scheduled for October 27–28, 2025, aims to strengthen collaboration between Pakistan’s premier engineering education institution and the country’s future civil service leadership.

During the visit, the probationary officers received briefings and tours of some of UET’s leading research and innovation centers. The agenda included a visit to the Nano and Laser Center and a briefing at the Resolve Center established by SUPARCO on Monday, October 27. The following day, Tuesday, October 28, the delegation visited the Al-Khawarizmi Institute of Computer Science (KICS), the Business and Technology Incubation Center (B&TIC), and the Main Library.
This initiative reflects UET Lahore’s continued commitment to fostering knowledge exchange between academia, research institutions, and public sector organizations. It provided the probationary officers with valuable insights into Pakistan’s advancements in science, technology, and innovation, while also highlighting UET’s role in national development.
